He was quite knowledgeable of the various class of cars to his patience with our test driving of two of the vehicles. Dean presentation of his financing options was concise and straight forward. He worked with to get an agreeable amount in a very professional manner. On the day of pickup, Casey allowed us again to test drive the actual car prior to signing contracts. Thanks to Allen the closing of the contract went very smooth. A final greeting and congratulations by Asher was a surprise Over all the service here was quit professional and I would recommend this location to anyone looking at purchasing a Mercedes Benz in the DMV area. He quickly contacted us, got an overview of our interests and set up an appointment to meet with one of his Sales member that afternoon. Damon Scott was the Sales Rep who met with us. He was extremely friendly and professional. He listened to our needs and provided a full explanation of the process and a comprehensive review of the specs of the vehicles we were interested in. After test driving a number of vehicles he offered us the opportunity to review all the specs of the options at our home contacting him with any questions/queries. We greatly appreciated this opportunity to review the vehicles as well as to compile any questions to be discussed without the feeling of being rushed into a purchase. Mr. Scott liaise with us via phone and email. He ensured that all our concerns and needs were addressed before he passed us to the capable and competent hands of Allen Belcher to complete the financial component. At delivery of the vehicle Mr. Scott provided a general tutorial of its features while offering us the opportunity to visit the Dealership for any further followup assistance. We are currently enjoying our new vehicle and couldn't ask for a better team effort from the Staff of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. More

He also came to our house (5 min from dealership) and set up the garage door opener for us which was very helpful. Mr Belcher was very efficient with the closing documents which helped to speed the process. We also appreciate the fact that the dealership has an arrangement to have the permanent license plates available.
