Unfortunately, right around the time I began contacting Lisle Honda, I suffered an unexpected loss in my immediate family. During such a difficult time, the last thing I could or wanted to think about was my car lease. I worked with Bob, the internet sales manager, and he went above and beyond to help me out. I told him about my situation, and how I was traveling between Lisle and Norther IL to be with my parents. Without hesitation, Bob immediately went to work to help me out. Bob went above and beyond to make the process of turning in and starting a new lease as completely effortless as possible. He went so far as to take care of all the paperwork before I came in so all I had to do was quite literally 'sign and drive'. Bob set me up with an excellent salesman, Tony, who was so incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgable. Bob and Tony took this leasing task off my plate. They took care of every detail for me, during a time where my brain was preoccupied with other matters. I never once felt confused or overwhelmed and I have absolute trust that they did everything in their powers to find me the best deal and vehicle possible. I am so pleased with my new car and my leasing terms. I can't express my appreciation and gratitude enough, and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and simple human kindness. I will be a Honda of Lisle customer for life after this experience. More

Working with Mary Murphy in the beginning was easy ( during these trying time) The appointment was set quickly and Mary was very response. The car buying process with Heri was easy and quick we did 3 test drives and my wife picked a White Honda Accord. we drove it home that day. We returned to adds a couple accessories and the Dealer Manger Tim helped out along with the service mg Heather to again make the process quick and simple. In a time when everyone is a little stresses we appreciate the great level of service we received from Honda Superstore of Lisle and is team. More

We had a great experience with Tony. He was very thorough and made the deal happen. Only issue was when we got home the car had a little over 1/2 tank of gas remaining. The drive from Honda of Lisl thorough and made the deal happen. Only issue was when we got home the car had a little over 1/2 tank of gas remaining. The drive from Honda of Lisle to our home is appx 10 miles so there is no way that the car came with a full tank if gas as was stated on the window sticker. More

I made an 11 hour round trip to purchase a new Honda Ridgeline from this Dealer. I have never had a better experience in my life. From the Internet sales department (Andrea and Bob), to the Finance de Ridgeline from this Dealer. I have never had a better experience in my life. My only complaint would be that it was not clear that there was a minimum credit card amount for down payments. I had to make an additional trip to the dealership to drop off a check for the remaining down payment amount but it did not stop the sale from proceeding and I still drove home with a new car. More
