He explained all of the details, was patient with all of our questions and never once try to put on a "sell". Tom was professional. He asked once on our first visit where we were in the process and if we need to test drive. We explained were weren't to that stage yet, but just wanted to gather info. He respected that and allowed us to continue asking questions. We came back a few days later, continued the questions, even starting talking specific numbers. We even go to the point of a little 'back and forth' and it was easy and reassuring we were getting a good deal. After the purchase finally took place, he took time to assure our phones were synced with the car and made sure we knew all of the controls. We would both highly asking specifically for Tom! More

My sales person (Olivia) made the entire process as turnkey and easy as possible. From test driving available vehicles to working to get a fair value for my trade-in to coordinating the financing, the entire experience was a pleasure. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have either purchased or leased from Andrew and the dealerships focus on customer service is a big reason why. Even the owner of the dealership came over to check on if all of my needs were being met.
