The entire process was smooth, respectful, and refreshingly pressure free. Kudos to Jesus Garcia who called me on his day off to answer my questions and continues to ensure my satisfaction even after the sale. What stood out most was how genuinely attentive he was throughout the entire process. He didn’t just focus on making a sale—he took the time to understand what I needed, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I also want to acknowledge Angelo Gamba, pre-owned sales manager, who did everything he could to earn my business and truthfully exceeded my expectations; Abood Katib, business manager, who worked professionally with us to finalize the deal and Zane Fortson, delivery specialist, who patiently took the time to review the vehicle features with us. When I found a scratch on the tire rim, it was immediately taken care of. Thank you! Overall great experience with sales, finance, and especially service. This dealership has a nice feel to it. Small, friendly atmosphere, unlike many other car dealers. The dealership excels in every department: sales, service, etc. The Finance Dept employee was very aggressive, however. His very "in your face" approach to "pushing" options, caused me to instantly d service, etc. The Finance Dept employee was very aggressive, however. His very "in your face" approach to "pushing" options, caused me to instantly distrust him from the start. He was clearly interested in selling me something, whether I needed it or not. This was in contrast to my experience with the salesperson and delivery specialist who addressed my personal needs and took the time to get to know me, prompting them to focus on my unique set of requirements.
