Not sure how I went from a lease to a purchase. Also, I left a few personal items in my trade in. Talked with my salesman about it. He called me back awhile later and told me he found my Handi-Cap placard left a few personal items in my trade in. Talked with my salesman about it. He called me back awhile later and told me he found my Handi-Cap placard but not my sunglasses and case. He said that on trade ins anything left in the car is a first come first serve free for all. They were expensive but I guess its a lesson learned. More

I recently had body work at Klaben even though I own a Kia. I was given an option and I took it. I am so happy I did. I had interactions with several employees and everyone was great. I own a older Lincoln and it sits sometimes well it needed move and would not start so my son decided to roll it down the hill a bit . Then he left the door opened that bent the door hinges and door. He was able to fix it to new it’s the best that door closed in years. This the only place to take your vehicle to get fixed. More

4 weeks to fix/rebuild my Transmission still not right Took far too long to rebuild my transmission and the it still shifts poorly… takes forever to engage in drive and it’s like its stuck in Sport Mode. Took far too long to rebuild my transmission and the it still shifts poorly… takes forever to engage in drive and it’s like its stuck in Sport Mode. Monica from Service was pleasant and communicated on a regular basis during the 4 weeks. Joe on the other hand was over the top rude when I dropped the car off. Granted, it was on the wrong date, my mix-up. However the Transmission was failing (fell apart when disassembled) and my wife and daughter did need a safe vehicle to drive around. Tom was nice to deal with and pleasant and tried to ensure is was a good experience. Body shop was a good experience, Artie was pleasant and took care of things. However it did take a couple of visits to repair the leak, even so the best service I’ve experienced at this dealership. Other than that it was great, but I will be going elsewhere to have my escape Serviced. More
