Not sure how I went from a lease to a purchase. Also, I left a few personal items in my trade in. Talked with my salesman about it. He called me back awhile later and told me he found my Handi-Cap placard left a few personal items in my trade in. Talked with my salesman about it. He called me back awhile later and told me he found my Handi-Cap placard but not my sunglasses and case. He said that on trade ins anything left in the car is a first come first serve free for all. They were expensive but I guess its a lesson learned. More

I recently had body work at Klaben even though I own a Kia. I was given an option and I took it. I am so happy I did. I had interactions with several employees and everyone was great.
