We have purchased multiple Benz's at MBTW and will go back next time we're in the market. Cannot say enough about how great our experiences have been with Katherine Stern. With Katherine, we don't feel l back next time we're in the market. Cannot say enough about how great our experiences have been with Katherine Stern. With Katherine, we don't feel like we have a salesperson but a friend in our corner who works honestly and diligently to find the Benz we were looking for each time (and we drive 2hrs each way to buy!) She carefully listens and is genuinely personable, knowledgeable and professional every time. Also big applause goes to the Service team who has always treated us with nothing but sterling service. Don't waste your time elsewhere--- these folks understand what loyalty to customers is all about... More

First and foremost, Trinidad is one of the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 b professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales person I have interacted in a long time. I was not 100% sure to replace my exciting MB C300 because it only had 31K miles; however, Trini showed me the new 2024 C300 and then the 2023 E350w and he made it very easy for me to make a decision. He really is an asset to the Dealership and I appreciate his support and great demeanor throughout this experience. This is my third time to buy a car from this dealership and I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism and service. The finance department and Erich Beasley were also very helpful and wonderful. Thank you for the great buying experience and I love my new MB! More
