This dealership is different from any other I have been to. You don’t get attacked in the parking lot by salesmen. You go to a receptionist who asks how they can help you. If you want to look at a car they will get a sales representative for you. The representative is polite and courteous. There is no pressure sales. Great experience. More

We were misled when we bought our Lexus RX450H+ from Northside Lexus. When we ordered the car, we were not told that Lexus has a shortage of key fobs. Months later, when we picked up the car, we Northside Lexus. When we ordered the car, we were not told that Lexus has a shortage of key fobs. Months later, when we picked up the car, we were told the second key would be mailed to us shortly. After a month, we asked about the second key's status. We were told to keep following up with Northside. After months of following up, we were told they would send us a letter when the key was available. IT IS ALMOST 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO SECOND KEY! I do not recommend this dealership. I would not buy a Lexus until they fix their supply problem. I know it does not sound like a big problem, but imagine going to the cart only to find out that your spouse who is not home has the key. Now imagine that happening dozens of times. More
