I took my 2018 Toyota Sienna to this dealership because my mechanic in Douglas could not figure out the problem. I did not know there was a recall on the fuel pump for my van. They changed that but the van my mechanic in Douglas could not figure out the problem. I did not know there was a recall on the fuel pump for my van. They changed that but the van was still struggling to stay on. The thing that impressed me the most was when after writing my frustration to the president of the dealership, I got a call back, he followed up on it and the problem was fixed immediately! More
