Made an appointment for the oil change/tire rotation/safety check. Looked at the web-site for any coupons/discount. Found an applicable one & noted when I called (spoke with Austin) for the a rotation/safety check. Looked at the web-site for any coupons/discount. Found an applicable one & noted when I called (spoke with Austin) for the appointment. Meanwhile, they sent an e-mail with a better coupon. Noted that one & brought a hard copy when I checked in. Service writer (Staci S) said she would look & see if there was a better one. Check in was quick & easy as I'd bought the vehicle at Sierra Toyota & had it service there so they had all the information in the computer. Appointment was for 3, got there at 2:57 & was driving away at 3:50pm. And yes, she did find a slightly better coupon. (Note: Previously bought a new battery here. Battery has a better warranty and was installed for less than what the auto parts stores quoted and I would have had to install it myself. The install also included a check of the charging system which would not have been done had I installed it myself.) More

Told it would take 2 hours. It took 2-1/2 hours only after I inquired after it had been more than two hours. Was told car was out for test drive. Half hour test drive? Told them this is not how to treat a great customer. Not coming back. This was second time I waited extra half hour. Bad scheduling! More
