The service during my last visit was disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, but my car was there for approximately three hours. I also requested a car wash, but at the end of t I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, but my car was there for approximately three hours. I also requested a car wash, but at the end of the visit I was told they had run out of time, which was frustrating considering how long the vehicle had already been there. When the service was completed, I felt rushed out because the location was closing. No one took the time to review the service with me or explain whether any issues were found, if everything checked out, or if there was anything I should be aware of. I was essentially handed my vehicle and rushed out the door. For a scheduled service appointment, I expected better communication and a more thorough customer service experience. More

Don’t trust this dealership with your automobile. They will price gouge you and not even fix what you came in for. Paid 1200 for subpar work with a xxxx xxx grin.
