I called Benjamin Swan about the 2023 new Corolla SE hybrid. I ask it about can my car ship to my country and he or she asked the management department. Ed Brooks was great, but this dealership is questionable. My first visit to this dealership was a bad experience. The salesman Ben, tried to toss in some unwanted add ons and not be transparent about what th My first visit to this dealership was a bad experience. The salesman Ben, tried to toss in some unwanted add ons and not be transparent about what they were when I inquired about them. When I went back a second time they tried to set me up with him again and I declined. I was then set up with Ed and when he presented the offer none of the add ons were on there. One thing this dealership and management need to learn is transparency is very important to the customer. Do the math yourself to ensure the numbers add up like they are supposed to. More
