Our entire experience with this dealership, especially Billy was Above and Beyond AMAZING. We broke down on I287 while traveling through NJ on our way from TX to CT. After contacting Volvo Roadside Assist Billy was Above and Beyond AMAZING. We broke down on I287 while traveling through NJ on our way from TX to CT. After contacting Volvo Roadside Assistance, we were towed to Smythe Volvo. From initial contact to check out, Billy held our hands. We were greeted at the entrance and our car was evaluated immediately. At 430pm on a Friday late afternoon in the beginning of Summer. No one was rushing out the door. It was determined that we needed a new alternator. Billy arranged for a Valet to chauffeur us to a nearby hotel and called within 30 minutes with a fair and reasonable estimate. We were called the next morning (a Saturday) at 745am to let us know that our car was repaired, ready and that they would come pick us up at our convenience. They even washed our car! We are from out of town with a 10 year old out of warranty vehicle and everyone at Smythe Volvo treated us like we were their best customers. The Service Department is immaculate and organized. Wish we lived closer, they would have customers for life. This is our 4th Volvo. Thank you Billy and the team at Smythe Volvo. More

Tod Colbeth was WONDERFUL . He and the Volvo staff paid special attention to specific concerns and requests...he coordinated my Lyft to and from (car was there within 2 minutes!
