My name is Bob Havey, and my level of service to my clients only starts with the first car I assist you with. In my 21 years in the car business, I have sold several different makes and find Lexus to be the best. I have attended over 50 Lexus and Toyota classes, which is 160 hours of training, to keep me Master Certified in sales. Born and raised in Vermont, I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vermont Tech and have been a Hybrid Specialist for Lexus and Toyota, since the first Toyota hybrids came to the U.S. in 1999. My wife Joan is a Columbus native, which is why in 2004 we chose to leave Vermont and venture back to Columbus. Joan and I have four children and three grandchildren. Joan works for Ohio State and we are huge Buckeye fans! The Germain family and I make a good match, with integrity and honesty being our first priority. I pride myself in making the buying experience a pleasurable one and hope to see you soon.

The dealership is about 2 1/2 hrs. away and I could go closer to Pittssburgh, but I am so pleased with Mr. Hasey and the service I receive from Germain for service, I will remain a faithful customer of Germain of Easton. Wow what a true disappointment in Germain Easton! After spending more than 2 hours assisting a friend going back and forth with the normal used car sales practices... We both received a verbal commitment via telephone with a confirmed sales price on a certified Lexus used RX350 Sat evening at closing hours. The Associate told us come Monday morning the agreed to final numbers would be in my inbox per our discussion... Only to learn Monday afternoon the car was sold to someone else. Poor Business Practices in my opinion. Time to look elsewhere. Lexus Germain has lost my business! More

Very friendly and helpful Bob and JB worked with me on several occasions. Bob and JB were very helpful and friendly. Bob sold us the car and JB met with me several times to help me understand the technology in the car. I worked with Ken because my license plates were delayed coming in. I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB. More
