Seeing it in black & white printed form was helpful , and Allan made those available immediately . He was a pleasure to work with in that he was friendly and professional but not overly chatty or pushy by any measure . Also , he was knowledgeable about these RAV 4 & 4Runner details . One nice aspect of this dealership is that for test drives they have access to a private “test track” where you can focus on the car performance and not be distracted by surrounding traffic. We brought our dog in a baby stroller and the staff was ok with the dog coming into the showroom which was helpful . In fact , 1 gentleman was there each time we entered or exited to open the doors for us . Nice courteous touch . Back to Allan. He was prompt in addressing our questions. He did a filtered computer search for us and narrowed down exactly what we wanted against his inventory . Unfortunately our needs didn’t match up with his current in stock cars. But he gave 110% to help us . At the end, his superior , Bobby, came out and also thanked us for our visit and even informed us of a special local charity . We were heartened to learn that a charity helping autistic children is donating $20 for every test drive , if I’m understanding correctly . If you’re looking for a Toyota . My husbands car was totaled while he was out of state. Urgent need for new car. I was able to set up purchase of the new car exclusively by chat on web site and by text message. We were buying the same model of car we purchased previously but they still encouraged us to take the car for the test drive even though sale was already finalized. Offered extras but not pushy at all. They even suggested having our old 2005 car go through the mechanic bay just for the rust scanning so we could plan for how long it would be safe to keep using our older car. Thank you for pleasant, amazingly skilled work by Bobby, Rich, Omar, Patrycja, Mike, Frank, Eddie. They applied for our license plate and sent us VIN# so we could request insurance coverage before ever hitting the door. This is the 4th car we have purchased from this dealership. We get service done here because never pushed to do things not needed immediately but informed so we can plan for future maintenance. Wish we were neighbors, we would invite them over! More
