Excellent and speedy service! No issues what so ever, Brett had my vehicles oil changed and tires rotated quicker than almost any visit. I didn’t feel like a number, most importantly I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like a friend.. until my card swiped haha! But sometimes friends can’t beat quality and that’s what I get at Rick Hendricks CDJR service center, thank you guys! And special thanks to Nathaniel and Brady in the sales department for going’s over those power wagons with me. We would highly recommend and purchase from Hendrick’s again. We purchased over the phone which could’ve been stressful but our salesman, Brady, was extremely professional, trustworthy and patient, as we again. First impression was great. Brady, Dmytri, and Alan were a sheer delight dealing with. However, the their great customer service went out the window after returning the next morning for the tag and paperw a sheer delight dealing with.
