A key fob needed to be replaced because I lost it. Outstanding service from Brandon. Great communication. I did have to come back. Because my problem was not resolved the first time. Brandon was not working that day. Not happy I was charged again for a diagnostic fee when the problem was not resolved the first time and the technician video from the second visit said I would not be charged another diagnostic fee.
