Seriously all our interactions with Zimmerman Honda from service, sales and financing have been fantastic. Randy was very patient with us during the process of deciding what our wants were in our new vehicle. He worked very hard in making sure I was getting what I wanted. He gave us time and space while we were making decisions. He located exactly what we had finally decided on. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences in buying a car we have ever had. There were no games, just black and white and extremely fair. There is no other dealership in the Quad Cities selling Honda's as GREAT as Zimmerman Honda. Luis was very professional and at the same time worked very hard to find us the best deal. Luis also has great knowledge about the vehicles that he sells. Luis was never pushy and helped us with the lease process. I was able to get the process done in record time and Luis worked around our busy schedules. I felt that Luis did a good job in orienting my wife and me to all of the new things that are included with proper, safe use of the vehicle. Marty's knowledge and expertise of the models he showed us, made it easy. Marty's patients and professionalism eased the process to making our decision on what vehicle we decided lease. The original reason we were at Zimmerman's to begin with was we brought in my wife's Honda Odyssey for an oil change.
