Marty was outstanding to work with on a new 2020 CRV EX-L. Our 12 year old CRV EX-L was running great but did not have a backup camera, lane departure, or any of the safety related Honda sensing features. We needed to upgrade. Wow, is this a treat! We have purchased numerous Honda products over the years from a 77 Honda Accord to many others to 2 --2200watt generators this Fall, to this beautiful EX-L. My sister in law bought a new 2019 CRV. My brother just got a 2020 CRV EX. And our neighborhood is full of Honda Pilots, CRV's, and HRV. Super. More

My service manager, Brent Staner (always receive top-notch & honest service from Brent) recommended that when I was ready to purchase another car to contact Randy Hill. Over the past 5 days, I have made several 60 mile trips & phone calls to Randy looking to trade my 2007 CRV with 234K miles . Randy was easy to work with, a professional & someone dedicated to make sure I left the dealership comfortable with whatever decision I made. As a single, retired grandmother, the guidance I received from Randy was invaluable. He listened to me, worked with my needs and made all our conversations, easy & painless. His knowledge & experience was top notch. He worked through so many options to try & find a car that would fit my slim budget and my needs, while respecting my age and my needs. Never did I feel that my dignity was less important as a car I might purchase. Once the purchase was completed, Randy went through the auto from inside & out and with some reading and driving I feel comfortable with my new CRV. Also, during my experience, Randy introduced me to Sean Fortin, so that I would have another name & face to work with in case of his absence. Sean was very helpful, when I spoke with him. My financial experience with Jeff Dolan was a very smooth process. He helped me over a couple of bumps but with the upfront work that Randy did, there were no surprises. I have worked with both AJ and Brent and they were both very helpful! We have another brand of car that we take to the original dealership and the experience is always unpleasant because they are always trying to sell you extra service. I like working with Zimmerman knowing that what is recommended is well explained and necessary for the performance and longevity of our car. Trust is key! Great job team Zimmerman! More
