Buyer beware! Don’t let the name fool you. My experience was not “luxury” but rather that of a bottom tier/buy here, pay here dealership. I would not trust a word Don’t let the name fool you. My experience was not “luxury” but rather that of a bottom tier/buy here, pay here dealership. I would not trust a word that comes out of the sales team’s mouth. If you want to purchase a vehicle from this location, have it independently looked at by a mechanic you trust. I was told the vehicle I was purchasing (with 11,000 miles on it) had been thoroughly checked out by the Ferman team, that it was well maintained and in great condition. I relied on those representations in purchasing the car without having it independently examined. I should have noticed that they insisted the car be sold “as is” (first red flag) without even a 30 day warranty. Two months after I purchased the car, I received a letter from the manufacturer, specifically citing my vin number, that the car was missing and overdue on REQUIRED transmission maintenance. That service was due to be completed at 7,500 miles. The car was sold to me from Ferman 4000 miles over that and it had not been “gone through” as asserted. The overdue maintenance cost me out of pocket and this location completely ignored me. Upper management apparently doesn’t exist. Ironically, I was told that despite the name, this was a BMW dealership and that’s the only vehicle maintenance they check for. The team that I ended up having to pay to complete the required maintenance (Ferman Chevrolet) stated that the car should have never been sold to me with overdue maintenance, that the 7,500 mile service was well known for my vehicle and that it should have been covered by the selling dealer since it was their mistake that it was not completed prior to being placed on the lot for sale. Despite these statements from another sister Ferman location, Brian Crosato refused to address the situation and stone walled me from speaking with upper management. In my opinion the limited communications I received show either intentional deceit or gross incompetence. I attempted to contact Brian Pelletier, Shawn Mazzoni, and Bob Murray but never received a response. Apparently, they only exist as pictures on the website. Shop elsewhere, or at the very least insist on a separate warranty, and do not agree to an “as is” contract without written guarantees that the vehicle was checked out and properly maintained. I can’t image why the Ferman family would want their name and reputation tarnished by the team at this location. In full fairness, I have had nothing but positive experiences at Ferman Chevrolet (Brandon) and Ferman GMC (Wesley Chapel) and will continue to do business with those separate locations which I trust. I was quoted $4500 for a repair and was then told that it was $6300 when I went to pick up the car. And after all of that, it still had the same problem and they would not fix it. I was told that I should ha was $6300 when I went to pick up the car. And after all of that, it still had the same problem and they would not fix it. I was told that I should have had the engine replaced as apposed to the repair. I will never own another BMW or go to a Ferman dealership again. More

People there are always friendly and professional. Dealership always clean. Good selection of cars. What I like most was the fact that my salesman, Tom, never tried to "push" into this vehicle or that Dealership always clean. Good selection of cars. What I like most was the fact that my salesman, Tom, never tried to "push" into this vehicle or that one. In fact, he drove us around the dealership searching for the car that we did purchase, which was going through the certification process. This meant a lot to us. More

I purchased new BMW (335d) from Ferman and had it serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they w serviced there religiously for a lot of years. Recently the dealership made the decision to stop servicing older vehicles and advised me that they would not service my vehicle. How could they not service BMW's at a BMW dealership? I noted the dealership servicing policy on older vehicles in a survey. I was subsequently advised that I had been blacklisted from the dealership. They wanted nothing to do with me or my vehicle. The dealership was being very vindictive to a customer that has paid them thousands of dollars over the years. Luckily, I contacted another BMW dealership that questioned Ferman's decision and advised me that they would be happy to service my older BMW. I ask again, how can a BMW dealership not service a vehicle that was bought at the dealership? I guess customer service and loyalty does not factor in at Ferman. More
