Quoted $3750 for additional CPO at checkout found that it is not and was over $4600 Didn’t honor what was quoted! They got me for another $2300 in service for my trade in which was not needed. My first time buying a preowned car. I spoke with Joseph Callipare ,made the deal over the phone,he sent me pictures I asked for.I drove 100 miles from the Villages,Tesla waiting for m I spoke with Joseph Callipare ,made the deal over the phone,he sent me pictures I asked for.I drove 100 miles from the Villages,Tesla waiting for me fully charged.Joe took his time going over some of the operation,went on test drive.Took my trade,price we discuss was the price I paid less 3.00. He added my home to the GPS..So to close my one word about Joe Callipare and the dealership is EXCELLENT ! More

Sales experience was no concern, I felt as though I was being treated fairly and sales person was knowledgeable as expected. However I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Ferman bmw due to my exper being treated fairly and sales person was knowledgeable as expected. However I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Ferman bmw due to my experience with the sales manager. 5 days after purchasing my 2021 jeep wrangler from Ferman, my battery went dead. I called to see if I could possibly be towed or shuttled due to being stranded as well as pregnant. I spoke with Joe who then put me on speaker to speak with his sales manager. I honestly was not expecting such a rude response as if he was not interested in anything at all I had to say nor was he sympathetic . I simply was calling to let them know i just purchased a vehicle and I am now stranded in the parking lot, is there anything that can be done to help.Sales managers answer was “jeep opens at 7am have it towed there” with no justification as to why I was broke down and my vehicle would not start. As far as I’m concerned the dealership fee I paid when purchasing the vehicle should have covered service, why was this not checked when I purchased the vehicle. I am highly unsatisfied with my buying experience because of sales manager Brian and his unapologetically rude inconsiderate people skills. Sales managers should have better communication. More
