Wife went in for a test drive, walked out with an unauthorized credit check on both my wife’s and myself credit. Not sure how they thought they got my authorization seeing as how I never even went to unauthorized credit check on both my wife’s and myself credit. Not sure how they thought they got my authorization seeing as how I never even went to this dealership. They conned her by telling her they needed her drivers license for insurance then “sized her up” to see what she could afford while she was out. They probably get away with this a lot but I get notified every time my credit takes a hit. I don’t know which finance manager did this so I marked them all as responsible. My wife has been talking with Brien Winston of the mgmt. team and while she feels he is definitely doing his best to make this right, it appears there are too many other obstacles he has to overcome to fix this at no fault of his own. More

Disrespectful and Credit hogs I came in to trade my car in. at first everyone was kinda and friendly but after about 20 minutes everyone became hostile and i was waiting out by the I came in to trade my car in. at first everyone was kinda and friendly but after about 20 minutes everyone became hostile and i was waiting out by the front by the "offices" when i heard the "sales manager" say " Will he buy or nah", " can we hit his credit or nah" multiple times. This dealer doesn't care about the people. Only the cars they push. Now time to talk about my sales men. The first 2 cars i was shown were beat up and had damage and i was told these were the only options i had to choose from. Well when i told him i wasn't buying and i wanted to leave they popped up and started pointing me to other new cars to distract me. When i demanded they either put me in the car i wanted or i was leaving, magically they gave me the car i was looking for after 2 days. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! these guys will run your credit at least 20 times without you even knowing if you don't have notifications for them on. More

Total mis diagnosis system had.80 psi at 60 deg outside Temp with 134a they claimed a leak (I have universal HVAC / freon lic) they then "filled it" to (they claimed 600 psi) finding a leak in the not runn Temp with 134a they claimed a leak (I have universal HVAC / freon lic) they then "filled it" to (they claimed 600 psi) finding a leak in the not running compressor. Duh! Unit may have bad clutch on compressor or bad low or high limit. But 600psi will cause automotive compressor to leak. I deserve a refund of my $149 to charge my already charged AC. More

Great service all around I went to gates Toyota to get an oil change on my 2013 Nissan rogue like I normally would. Went outside to look at the newer cars, was not looking to buy a new car. Chatted with Brian Winston and he let me test drive a 2018 Rogue with all the special features mine doesn't have. Well Brian worked his magic and got the payments to what works for me and finance got the loan with a reasonable rate. More

Our Car was titled in the wrong state! They won’t fix it! Very bad experience with Gates!!! We purchased a vehicle in Indiana and I live in Indiana. Our car was titled for Michigan. When we went to the BMV, t Very bad experience with Gates!!! We purchased a vehicle in Indiana and I live in Indiana. Our car was titled for Michigan. When we went to the BMV, they said that gates just needed to make a corrected title. They refused to do it and so now our car is titled, licensed,registered and insured in the wrong state which my insurance tells me is illegal. I have contacted them, my husband has contacted them, and I have posted on social media. They have not resolved this issue. More
