I had initially brought my car in for an oil change because the dealership (Toledo) from which I had purchased the car was not able to get me in soon enough. That visit was enough for me to switch to W because the dealership (Toledo) from which I had purchased the car was not able to get me in soon enough. That visit was enough for me to switch to Westlake as my primary service center. Brittaney was very thorough and took time to explain my warranty to me as well as other things the initial dealer did not. I’ve brought my car in three times now, all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. Brittaney is very easy to work with and has gone out of her way to see that my vehicle is well taken care of. The level of attention that she shows my vehicle is as if it were her car. Her charming and pleasant demeanor makes it not just easier, but enjoyable to bring my car in for service. More
