This was my 8th new Acura in 9 yrs purchased from Courtesy Acura. Sean Wardrope has been with me all the way. I also have a 9th on order. Sean and the team there are what keeps me coming back. Mgr. for his support and participation in this purchase and my last one too. I'm sure all these same people will be part of my next buy, hopefully within a few months when my next Acura becomes available. Disappointed with my experience at Courtesy Acura of Littleton. When I picked up my car it had 1 quarter size crack in the windshield and 2 small chips. When I called the dealership to speak to the GM. Littleton. When I picked up my car it had 1 quarter size crack in the windshield and 2 small chips. When I called the dealership to speak to the GM. He didn't call me back. I brought the vehicle the GM couldn't be bothered to talk to me. The sales manager questioned whether I saw the cracks before I purchased the vehicle. They were not on the inspection report. Finally they agreed to give me a one year warranty on the windshield and never followed through. I couldn't be more disappointed. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the last. Not because of the vehicle but the poor customer experience. I didn't want to give them a bad review and gave them plenty of opportunity to make this better. More
