Graduated from Profile High School 1994 Served my country in the United States Marine Corps 1994-1998 I was stationed in 29 Palms California, Okinawa Japan, Camp Lejeune also was stationed at Camp Fuji which is at the base of Mt Fuji and Yes I did climb the mountain! My specialty was Communications Once I finished my 4 years in the Marines I worked for a communication company out of Wakefield MA. Started my automotive career working for Land Rover in Natick MA, moved over to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. 15 years ago I found a home at Smith Motor Sales of Haverhill. "Great Family Owned Dealer"

The Best Mercedes-Benz service I've been going to Smith Motors for service since late 1997-early '98, and with the one exception, have gone back consistently ever since for all my I've been going to Smith Motors for service since late 1997-early '98, and with the one exception, have gone back consistently ever since for all my service, as well as having leased two cars and buying one. Their sales and service departments are unmatched in my long experience (over 50 years), and if some people complain of parts pricing, my answer is that the best always costs more, but lasts longer. More

Very Pleasant Buying Experience Buying a pre-owned Mercedes and trading in my old one couldn't have been easier. My initial contact was Marc Womboldt. Marc was extremely efficient i Buying a pre-owned Mercedes and trading in my old one couldn't have been easier. My initial contact was Marc Womboldt. Marc was extremely efficient in responding to my online requests for information. When I arrived at Smith Motors, Marc introduced me to Brockton Payette. I was prepared to make a deal and found the Brockton to be straight-forward. His figures aligned with mine very quickly. There was no needless drama. What impressed me most was Brockton's quick response to a concern I expressed after first test-driving the vehicle. He addressed my concern immediately by taking steps to remedy the issue that I had raised and inviting me to take second test-drive of the same vehicle. I was very pleased with the result and bought the vehicle that night. I received several compliments about the car I was trading and was offered a very fair price. I was respected throughout my experience with the Smith Motors dealership. More

Service Deprtment I purchased my Mercedes from Smith Motors and THAT was the only part that was amazing! Brockton always answers my questions and assists with any appo I purchased my Mercedes from Smith Motors and THAT was the only part that was amazing! Brockton always answers my questions and assists with any appointments needed. Unfortunately, that is where the great service stops! This service department is awful. On 2 occasions, I have had to service my vehicle. I chose to return to Smith to maintain a great level of service, however I have been immensely dissatisfied. BOTH of my visits have been tainted with terrible communication, curt, demeaning answers from the service staff, and on both occasions I was told my car would be done by days end and I received a call that it would NOT be. I had a car made available to me, however the communication from the service department was awful! The last pick up was over 1/2 hour after the scheduled time, having me to interrupt meetings at my employer, I scheduled the time specifically at 9:00 am to avoid this interruption, and I had to go and pick up my own vehicle. Upon retrieving my car, there were many apologies. Though appreciated, it was 2 times too late. My vehicle will continue to be maintained with Smith as it is a certified one and Brockton is a reason to return. I am not looking forward to the next experience! More
