Really bad customer service, I purchased a challenger hellcat 2015 and I haven’t been able to drive this car, I called the dealer the following day to let them know about the issue and they never called hellcat 2015 and I haven’t been able to drive this car, I called the dealer the following day to let them know about the issue and they never called me back with any explanation, the car completely locked up and now won’t even crank, apperently security issues. Jerry Ulm was great throught the whole process. This was a special order Chrysler 300C and it took 7 months to build and get to Jerry Ulm. Malik was great he really made the whole process easy.
