Experience with Darrin Bickel and Ayers Honda dealership. I was met almost at the door by Darrin Bickel and was brought to his work area and was made to feel comfortable and amongst friends. He listened to our automotive needs and took us to the lot and show room to attempt to satisfy those needs. We were guided to the best quality and a price range that we were comfortable with. There was no pressure felt by us during the presentations and test drives. Everything was handled professionally by not only Darrin but by the supportive staff. Service for Odyssey Excellent treatment, problem diagnosis, and repair service after a breakdown during a trip from Michigan to Tennessee. Charles Suter was in charge of Excellent treatment, problem diagnosis, and repair service after a breakdown during a trip from Michigan to Tennessee. Charles Suter was in charge of managing our problem and he also helped us find a rental car to continue our trip while our car was serviced at Ayers. Mr. Suter was a huge help in getting our car scheduled for a diagnosis within a few hours after our breakdown and phone call to Ayers. He researched with our Michigan dealer to find a problem with our Odyssey's repair history and was able to determine that Honda's warranty was extended to cover the cost of the repair. Mr. Suter kept us informed via telephone while the repair was underway and he made sure we were able to pick up the vehicle, completely repaired and with no charge when we returned from Tennessee. That was the most thorough. efficient and lowest cost vehicle repair service I ever experienced. Mr. Suter showed great concern for our problem and in assuring us that it would be handled. Finally, the customer waiting area at Ayers Honda was really comfortable and provided great amenities. More
