Co-Best Car Buying Experience Ever. In July of 2013 my barber was telling me about her new 2013 Hyundai Accent that she just bought from Hyundai of St. Augustine. She said her husband bo In July of 2013 my barber was telling me about her new 2013 Hyundai Accent that she just bought from Hyundai of St. Augustine. She said her husband bought the car for her from a salesman he knew at the dealership and he would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I had always been a Honda guy and my 1999 Honda Odyssey was getting "long in the tooth". So I called Randy Selph and made an appointment to go see him. I had already researched the market very thoroughly and had narrowed it down to Kia or Hyundai. As soon as I saw the new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport it was "love at first sight"! Then I took a test drive....wow. I was hooked. This vehicle was to be for my wife who was out of town so buying this quick without her seeing it was a big risk; but she told me to go ahead if I was that impressed (we had never owned a white car . The resulting entire experience was the best I had ever had, thanks to Randy. My wife ended up loving the vehicle as much as I did-best we had ever owned. Forward four years-letter from Hyundai about trading up to a new 2017 Santa Fe-call to Randy-what's your best deal, knowing my requirements? He was able to put me into a new white 2017 Santa Fe for the same monthly payment as we had. "No brainer"? Same excellent buying experience as the previous one in 2013. Randy is an outstanding salesman, who I have recommended to all our friends and acquaintances. I had no intention of buying a new car after four years-our 2013 still felt brand new, low mileage and no service issues. We were sure that it would be the last car we ever bought. Well guess what? This 2017 should fill that role, but you never know with Randy looking out for us! Love our new "new" 2017 even more than the first one we bought from Randy-our new best car we ever owned........ And to even paint a more complete picture, let me say that the service department at Hyundai of St. Augustine is the best we have ever dealt with-every time. Cheryl Buck in their service department is the perfect compliment to Randy. They make a fantastic team-second to none, in our opinion. I went in to see what kind of offer I would get on my old 2008 Elantra and ended up buying a 2017 Elantra. When I went in, I was escorted to the salesperson's desk who had contacted me through my initial email inquiry. But I explained that I had been contacted first via telephone by Kosta awhile ago and they were very kind in taking me to see Kosta. I appreciated the fact that they also thought it was fair to honor the salesman who made the first contact with me...there was no fighting over who did what and I applaud that. More

Out of Town and Needed Help !!! Drove my Genesis 5.0 from DC to Ponte Vedra and got caught in a rain storm. It was so hard that the calibration went off for all the safety features. Drove my Genesis 5.0 from DC to Ponte Vedra and got caught in a rain storm. It was so hard that the calibration went off for all the safety features. Brought it into a dealership that I never even knew existed. They told me exactly how long the wait was going to be and they delivered the car back to me fix in the right amount of time. Also had the car delivery washed just like I bought brand new from them. If ever find myself back in this area and need Hyundai this is the place I will call. More

Best place for the best Hyundai Experience! I gotta say, I'm in love with this dealership. The professionalism and friendliness is just the right amount each time. Whether I'm there for servic I gotta say, I'm in love with this dealership. The professionalism and friendliness is just the right amount each time. Whether I'm there for service or in this case, to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra, everyone has your best interest in mind - no matter what. Ron Copeland is a commendable sales person, with a ton of great information and will always take the time to find you exactly what you are looking for without going over the top. Andrew DiFeo is honest, assertive and truly wants to provide a safe environment for you and your vehicle. Cheryl Buck has always been so nice and attentive - I have never enjoyed calling a dealership to schedule service so much. Together, even those I haven't had the pleasure of meeting - Hyundai of St. Augustine has got it figured out! More
