Armando was a very good sales man for us! The sales manager did a very good job also. Overall I gave the dealership 4 stars because of the service after the sale wasn't up to my expectation. The inner fender cover wasn't secured in place which led to 1/2 of it being ripped off & rubbing on the tire. The excuse that Armando gave me was that it was traded in that way and was deemed to not be a safety hazard so they sold it that way. The back door was also worked on before I picked it up after the sale & there is a trim piece missing from it also. I will fix the issues myself since they don't want to remedy the issues. Just a word of caution, completely check over the vehicle before driving it off their lot. We like the vehicle very much otherwise. More

Everyone at the dealer was mostly great to me. I received help very fast and my salesman(Brandon) was very understanding and had some wiggle room on the value my trade in. I would be willing to purchase a vehicle from him anytime and if I ever buy from gateway again he will be my go to. He even went and parked my old pickup and new one side by side so I could take a picture with both without me ever asking him to. The guy I dealt with in financial (Stas) was very rude and pushy about getting a warranty. Made many comments that were slightly backhanded. I also had to wait upwards of 45 minutes until Brandon went back and pestered him for me. But it was good other than that. Let’s go Brandon! More
