Appointments don’t seem to mean anything. I had a very long wait time to drop off my car for service and get a loaner. I was told on the phone it could take 30 min to set up the loaner but I I had a very long wait time to drop off my car for service and get a loaner. Purchased a used Outback and a 2024 Crosstrek from the Tucson Subaru Dealership. CJ is an excellent Salesman and made the process of each purchase less stressful. He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I appreciated his professionalism, fun test drive and vast knowledge of the Subaru line. CJ went over every aspect of the vehicle before leaving the lot. Both purchases were a refreshing experience compared to previous car purchases. More
