This dealership experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. I’m from Pittsburgh and was negotiating with several dealers in my area with little or know success. I expanded my search and the Klaben dealership showed the vehicle that I was looking for. After just 4 days of speaking Doug Carter on the phone and numerous reassurances by him that he would come through with what I was looking for and at a more than fair price, I drove the 82 miles and picked up exactly what I wanted and at a price that couldn’t be beat the 5 Ford dealerships in the Pittsburgh area. Doug Carter couldn’t have been more accommodating and patient with my “needs” for the vehicle I was leasing, The vehicle was ready in a timely manner even though I mistakenly gave Doug an incorrect VIN number. The process was seamless throughout the finance process as well, Christine Klaben was extremely helpful friendly and processed my lease quickly but, still explained in detail the forms, documents and options (Wear Care)that I had and what I was signing. “It wasn’t you’re normal rubber stamp process that most dealers use to get you out of the dealership”. Prior to leaving Doug Carter again took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and ensured that I was completely satisfied. As a Management employee for the government that has managed over 100 employees for 32 years plus, I always lived by he saying that you’re only as good as the people who work for you and it is certainly true in this case. The last thing is that I wished the dealership was closer to my area (selfish), but I’ll still make the drive the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle. More
