I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

We met Bo on vacation almost 2 years ago in Myrtle Beach! How crazy it is that we were both from Ohio, just a little under 3 hours away from each other. Overthe last 25 yearsI have purchased all but one of vehicles from Klaben. Klaben does all my service and hss always done excellent work always was fair with pricing on that work.
