I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I had the best experience with Klaben Ford in Kent. I felt they were attentive to my needs as far as what vehicle I wanted and the features I needed. They responded to my inquiry right away and allowed me to purchase my Bronco when I was ready. Christine Klaben gave us options and also knows how to do good business! I felt NO pressure from anyone and that was nice. I have told EVERYONE to go see Louis at Klaben. They won't be disappointed! Most of all, I LOVE my Bronco Sport! More

Bought from Klaben ford for over 30 years. My oldest boy ask for help getting a bronco. Well I knew the right person to see but he was off so I had to deal with Moldas!
