I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Once again, A class act by all members of the Klaben Ford organization! Welcomed with professionalism and treated like family. I can understand if you are shopping different brands, but if you are in the mar organization! Welcomed with professionalism and treated like family. I can understand if you are shopping different brands, but if you are in the market for a Ford, how can you go anywhere other than Klaben Ford? They are knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, there is just no hassle. They are the main reason I only buy Fords. More

David helped me out through text messages which I appreciate during this busy time in my life. He was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. When it was time to come in David was in a training session but Rob Simon was able to step in and provided the best car buying experience I've ever had! Steve Opalco was very nice and greeted me at the door and was able to makes things move quickly.
