I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Only one word necessary: SAVIORS I walked into Klaben scared. I didn't know what my situation would be and I didn't know what kind of car buying power I had. A great experience in purchasing my F-150. Had excellent sales team. They presented three sales packages, so I could make the best choose. After the purchase Matt my sales an help me move my truck cover fr sales team. They presented three sales packages, so I could make the best choose.
