Not as smooth as I thought. I have to get over 40 before it doesn’t feel like it needs to shift. On the highway there is a lot of road noise. I hate the auto ignition button. Very annoying. More

Great price, Great experience I drove over 45 minutes to view a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium at Klaben Ford. The car was in excellent condition and the salesman, Tim Sterling, is an a I drove over 45 minutes to view a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium at Klaben Ford. The car was in excellent condition and the salesman, Tim Sterling, is an awesome, informative, friendly and non-pressure salesman. After test driving the car, I was very much interested in the car. Once Tim informed of the benefits of the Ford CPO program and the 2.9% financing, I was sold. Although the car had been priced higher, I was able to purchase the vehicle at a price (4th reduction in price) that I felt was a very good deal for the features and additional technology packages included in the vehicle. The price was so good, I didn't feel the need to negotiate the final asking price. Tim showed me the additional services, repairs and new items placed on the car to meet Ford's strict CPO program guidelines, a $1,600 value if I were to have had the work done. Tim followed up with a text a week later to ensure all was well and to see if I had any questions. I have saved that text and I am fairly confident if I texted him a question, he would kind enough to respond. Kristine Klaben handled the finance paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. All total, I think it took me 2.5 hours to drive away with my new looking 2017 used car. I would definitely buy another car at Klaben Ford and when I buy my next car, I will definitely look at their inventory first. More

(Great guy and well informed - reason we have stayed with Klaben). Our new sales person, Matthew Garred has shown the same dedication to potential clients. Understanding he was relatively new, he had an exceptional understanding of the flow to bring a potential customer to a satisfied customer, especially one who will be a repeat customer. We also were the first customer he had who were paying cash for the vehicle but he did his due diligence to be certain all the paperwork was correct. Klaben does a great job of hiring the best for the company. P.S. Christine in financing is an exceptional employee. I was totally in awe of how quickly she processed all the necessary paperwork. Shows a very skilled and conscientious work ethic. Good job by all involved. We will be back. More

The salesman's I worked with, Mike, heard me out and understood what I was trying to accomplish and he did everything he could along with fiance team to make sure I got the best deal possible that was in my best intrest and I ended up leaving with a brand new car that is saving me $100 bucks a month and no more negative equity! More
