I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Nice and friendly dealership Went up there to look for an Escape, but ended up buying this car instead. The salesman was very nice, and organized. Overall, a pleasant experience and we left with the feeling that we received a good value. Both Mike Cooney and Nate Bryant were great to work with. They explained all the features on the new Explorer in detail, especially the electronic devices that are new to us and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we drove off. More
