Our most recent experience was our second Lincoln purchased from Klaben, and Matthew's first new-car sale. Matthew was cordial and patient, never pushy. We were a little pressed for time at delivery, so Matthew and Tim came to our house to make certain that we were comfortable with the MKC's features and accessories. We were given a fair value on trade for our 1 year-old BMW 330i xDrive, loaded with every package and almost every option. The car was without blemish and had only 1,200 miles. The financial portion of the purchase was a pleasant experience. Christine Klaben asked us if we had received a refund for our unused extended warranty on our previous Lincoln MKZ. Christine developed the paperwork to request our refund. Pleasant and friendly people at every step, doing whatever was needed to make the process of purchasing a vehicle a very positive experience. Needed starter The service department was quick and we even had a loaner car for the day the only thing that I would have to say that I was disappointed about was th The service department was quick and we even had a loaner car for the day the only thing that I would have to say that I was disappointed about was the fact that they did do some damage to the glove Box and the door by scraping it and I would appreciate if they were able to buff the scratches out when I purchased my car there was no scratches on the glove Box or the door but when they were trying to fix a noise that we are hearing in the vehicle it was unfortunate when I got it back there were some damage done to it that's the only thing I ask is that klaben fixes that issue other than that everything was quick and easy and everyone was friendly helpful and compassionate. They really care about their customers. Our salesman went above and beyond the call of duty when my husband got stranded on a main road due to the starter going. Doug Carter felt bad and showed compassion of our situation. He didn't have to buy he made sure our car was towed and fixed quickly and he even made sure my hubby got a ride to and from work. I reccomend Doug Carter to all my friends and family. He is easy to get ahold of and talk to. If unavailable he makes sure he calls you right back. Doug Carter is one of the best salesman I have ever had and he made my my experience with Klaben very comforting fast and an easy process. Couldn't ask for anyone better. He made sure we were satisfied and happy. He also took the time to program our phones to our bluetooth in the car. Thank you Doug Carter and Klaben for making our journey a great experience. Everything we been through this past month and this made our year special. We will be back for sure and you will have my friends and family. More

I’m from Orlando and I was looking for a 2019 Shelby GT350 and no one could even come close to the price I got from Klaben. I know buying a car from another state can seem like a hassle but when you’re saving over 6k minimum from any dealer close by it was a no brained, thank you Mike and Klaben. I know when I’m in the market for another new car I’m definitely looking at Klaben first. More
