I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

BMW Corporate and BMW Westbury Rallye have claimed ZERO responsibility for keeping my brand new M4 (bought 10/21) After yet another month. It was in an accident and Rallye towed the vehicle on 11/21. They have had the car for 8 MONTHS with the part needed nowhere in sight!!!!!! And they are still not willing to do anything about it. HELP!!!!! More

The service advisor was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the service. I picked up my vehicle upon completion of the service but noticed an issue. Brought my car in to adjust the windshield wipers and check into a slow leak I have in a tire. I was the first person into the service department in the morning. After not hearing anything all day I sh check into a slow leak I have in a tire. I was the first person into the service department in the morning. After not hearing anything all day I showed up at dealer around 5pm to find that NOTHING had been done. They did adjust the wiper blade and told me there was a nail in tire and I would have to leave the car to have tire replaced which I had purchased insurance for when I purchased the car. This was not an option for me so I had to take car and make another appointment to have tire fixed. Two weeks later I was again first person on line to have the tire fixed. All day went by again and was told at 4:30 that my car would be done at 5. I don't understand how replacing one tire takes two entire days and neither the service manager Chris Blanco or the service rep Chris Williams could explain this to me. Communication was non existent and I certainly don't feel like a valued Rallye customer. I will not be giving any future business to Rallye nor would I recommend this dealer. Customer service should not stop after the check has been cashed. More
