I recently bought a used truck at Toyota of Cleveland. Kenny Jones was the sales associate that worked with me along with Stockton Coffey as the sales manager and Crystal Thompson handled the finances. I can say enough about how easy they were to work with. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to hide anything. I was looking for a truck and they had one they wanted to sale so we just sat down and talked about it. It was just a good experience all the way through the process. I’m really pleased with the truck that I bought and I feel like I got a good deal on it. Thank’s guys. Keep up the good work. More

Ian is wonderful sales associate! I came in Monday morning, right after opening, in freezing temps. He greeted me without being pushy and listened to what I wanted. I was looking for a SUV or medium sized pickup for my almost 16 year old son. I gave Ian my budget and what I was looking for. After just a few minutes, I was called away to another dealership my wife was at. While my wife was discussing numbers with this other dealership, Ian texted me a link to a Hyundai Santa Fe that he found on his lot. Long story short, we came back to TOC later that day and purchased the Santa Fe he had found for us. Ian understood the assignment and came through for us. He is very personable and friendly, and when I am ready to purchase a pickup for myself in the near future, I will contact him for assistance. More
