My husband and I just purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback - Touring. My salesperson was Austin Klinesteker. During our initial meeting he provided us with information on Foresters and Outbacks. We needed to Touring. My salesperson was Austin Klinesteker. During our initial meeting he provided us with information on Foresters and Outbacks. We needed to review the info. He said when you are ready for a test drive, contact me and I will have the auto(s) you would like to test drive ready to go when you arrive. That is what we did and a week later we contacted him, set and appointment. Upon our arrival, he had the Outback and Forester that we were interested in, ready to go. He first explained the differences that we needed to know in both autos. Then the test drive. He allowed us as much time as we wanted and explained the different features of the Outback. After the Outback test drive, we decided our minds were made up. And we departed a few hours later with the Outback. The Outback beat out the Forester. Austin was very attentive to our questions and introduced to all the folks we were involved with the during the finalization of the deal. He helped us remove all personal belongings from our former auto and continued to be available the balance of that day. Our sales person Angel was fantastic, he was patient and spent many weeks looking for the car that we wanted. The other members of the sales team were also great, I wasn't pressured into purchasing something I didn't want or needed. The time spent on closing the deal was reasonable and thorough. The sales manager took the time to introduce himself. They all treated us with care. The actual facility is fantastic, it's a newer facility with refreshments and clean bathrooms. I'm really glad we purchased our vehicle from Tucson Subaru! More
