I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. Great car for a great price I picked out the features and specific car/packages I was interested in over the internet. I was trying to decide between an Outback and Forester. S I picked out the features and specific car/packages I was interested in over the internet. I was trying to decide between an Outback and Forester. Sean (internet sales) e-mailed me right away with the pricing and details for the two cars I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and then we scheduled an appointment for a test drive of both vehicles. I eventually chose the Forester. There was no pressure, just a pleasant experience. I especially liked being able to compare the details, features and prices of real cars on the lot even before coming to the dealership. It made the process so much easier. The special pricing during this August sale and 0% financing made it hard to say "No". So I didn't! AND they give me a fair price for my trade. I love my new Subaru! More

The Best Ever I’m a little ol lady. I’ve owned Hondas and another Subaru throughout the years via various dealerships. My sales rep was very patient and knowledg I’m a little ol lady. I’ve owned Hondas and another Subaru throughout the years via various dealerships. My sales rep was very patient and knowledgeable about the various models and.features. I was much at ease with him while test driving. He even went out of the way to find a special Forester model with safety features to fit my budget. I’ve put over 100 miles on this car within two days and love driving it. He did not play games with me like other car salesmen I have had. I was not ready to commit and asked if I may test drive this vehicle again even though it was very late in the day. He said OK. His enthusiasm about the safety features was contagious. That final test drive convinced me that I was about to own the most attractive, fun to drive and SAFE vehicle on the road. After all the paperwork was signed he paired my iPhone, set my favorite country station and explained how the the basics work. Even though it was very late at night he offered for me to come back the next day with more questions. I came back and he answered them. I have had my previous Cross trek serviced at Tucson Subaru and the service was friendly and excellent. The finance rep was also friendly, efficient and helpful. I gladly recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates quality design and safety in their driving experience. More

Great experience at Tucson Subaru! Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when Purchased a new Sunshine Orange 2018 Crosstrek at Tucson Subaru earlier this summer. I had been admiring Crosstreks on the road for some time so when I decided to buy a new car I pretty much had my heart set on a Crosstrek. I also drove a Mercedes GLA 250, but the Subaru was a lot more fun and had more safety features so the choice was easy! My experience at the dealership was great. Very low-key professional salespeople (Jim Coyle and Trent Nichols) who were very knowledgeable without any high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Terry Iseminger) truly went above and beyond to find me exactly the car I wanted. As it turned out my car needed a small service fix after I bought it so I was also able to interact with the service department too (Dan Ford and Scott Gregg). I can say without a doubt that everyone I interacted completely exceeded expectations, were extremely professional and did their best to make my experience positive. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru! Don’t go anywhere else! More

11 Hours Of Contimplation We spent 11 hours at the Tucson Subaru dealership, had our salesman - Steve Willis - get the keys for 9 vehicles, showed us 7 vehicles, test drove 3 o We spent 11 hours at the Tucson Subaru dealership, had our salesman - Steve Willis - get the keys for 9 vehicles, showed us 7 vehicles, test drove 3 of them. Oh I forgot to mention that we were going to purchase two vehicles. We settled on a brand new 2018 Outback and slightly experienced 2016 Crosstrek. Steve must have walked in and out of the 101 degree sun at least a dozen times but through it all, he was knowledgeable, friendly and maintained his composue with insights to the cars, the dealership all with a sense of humor and not resorting to any high pressure sales tactics. After negotiating a good price on both vehicles we were surprised at how much more we received on our trade ins. After 8 hours Steve had to leave but handed us off to CJ Nichols who competed the initial paperwork, showed us the service and parts departments and then handed us off to Curt McHenry at finance to sign all the paperwork. CJ paied our phones to the vehicle`s systems, gave us a quick rundown an the operation of the cars and invited us back tomorrow for a more through orientation to our vehicles. All in all we are very happy with our choices - the Outback, the Crosstrek and with the dealership. More
