I was looking for a vehicle with great safety features, 6-cylinder engine, sporty looking and roomy storage. Tucson Subaru came recommended by a friend and Subaru receives great reviews from Consumer Reports. Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all of the Forester & Outback features. Not pushy but informative and patient. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant at this dealership and cars were readily accessible to sit in and drive. . After much comparison shopping I chose the 2017 Outback Ltd. I was told it would be available at the end of January but Ken was able to get it to me by January 9th. Tim in Finance was also very helpful in providing me with purchasing and warranty information. Ken was thorough in reviewing features so that I was comfortable driving away in it. He continued follow-up with phone calls and encouraging me to return for any concerns. I can truly say that NO other dealership (do you hear me Toyota dealerships in Tucson?) came close to the personal attention I felt I received from Ken and the dealership staff.
