Fantastic! A wonderful experience! And it all started with Kevin Woessner, my sales consultant, greeting me with a very friendly "Hello". Kevin answered all my A wonderful experience! And it all started with Kevin Woessner, my sales consultant, greeting me with a very friendly "Hello". Kevin answered all my questions. Even after going onto the Subaru website to look at the various options, I still had multiple questions for Kevin, and he answered all of them in a cordial manner; very professional, never condescending. After making my decisions on what to buy and which options, I was off to the Finance Department, where I met Curt McHenry. Curt reviewed everything I had agreed to with Kevin. He then explained a few additional options; never being impatient, and reviewed the pros and cons for each. Curt let me make the final decisions. Curt made the financial arrangements and agreement easy to understand. Another professional experience. While the car was being readied, Kevin took me over to the Parts Department, where I was introduced to Derek Monetti, my parts advisor. Derek set up the order for a few options that were not in stock, and told me right then and there when they world arrive. Now, that's professional. Next stop, scheduling... Kevin escorted me to the Service Department where I was introduced to Dan Ford. Dan scheduled the installation of the new parts on a date and time that fitted my (sometimes hectic) schedule. Again, very professional. My new car was ready to be driven away when Kevin did a very wonderful thing: he went over all the buttons, and knobs, and switches with me. But wait, the story isn't over... Kevin excuses himself, goes back into the showroom, and the Sales Manager, Loren Henry, comes out to personally thank me for my purchase of a new 2016 Subaru Forester! Wow, I thought, what a nice touch. Then Kevin appears with a bouquet of 12 red roses. WOW! Now that makes a woman feel special! I would certainly unconditionally recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. And it's not just because of the roses; it's because of Kevin, Curt, Derek, Dan, and Loren, whose good nature, helpful manner, and professionalism made my experience a real joy. Every time I look at my new car, I smile. Thanks fellas. More

I had a complicated wish list of things I wanted in a car... Must be able to fold down seats and sleep in/live out of, 4x4 drive, rear locking axle, good with snow, and some combination of model year and safety rating that put me in an affordable zone of insurance. My parents of course had their own set of "must-haves" and ideas about the used-car buying world. Until we met Bob Wilson, I was thinking that this was going to be the experience that ripped us all apart. After countless overly aggressive car salespeople, Bob was the first to truly LISTEN to us, instead of just waiting to talk. We were a tough sell and a hodge-podge group of wants between me, my mom, and my dad, but Bob was patient and understanding. DJ Tramp also became part of our experience once we found the car we wanted. He was fair, communicative, and easy to talk to. I now have just the right car for my job/lifestyle and couldn't be happier. More

The best buying Experience I have had After purchasing 5 vehicles from 5 different Dealerships in Tucson, I have never encountered the level of service I experienced recently at Tucson Sub After purchasing 5 vehicles from 5 different Dealerships in Tucson, I have never encountered the level of service I experienced recently at Tucson Subaru. I was greeted in a very friendly manner upon arrival and was helped through the entire process with professional courtesy by a very smart, congenial and diligent team. Kevin, my Salesman jumped in and helped me eagerly. I had already shared some of my needs with the very friendly DJ, Sales Manager, and then Kevin began working with me to look at and drive the vehicle. Kevin was very conversational and asked appropriate questions to evaluate my needs and wants for a vehicle. He was extremely patient and understanding with my young car enthusiast son and answered all his questions about the vehicle we were buying as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The extremely fair and reasonable number negotiation was handled diligently by the teamwork of Kevin and DJ. They coordinated the process to go pretty smoothly. Traci in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very simple to understand format and wrapped up the process efficiently. The surrounding staff were all very pleasant and welcoming for the entire time my son and I were at the dealership. We were there on a very busy and unpleasantly hot Saturday but the staff created a pleasant and efficient car buying experience nonetheless. This is hands down the BEST experience I have encountered in any of my experiences in Tucson. More

Excellent experience I had a wonderful experience evaluating and purchasing a 2015 Subaru WRX from Tucson Subaru. From the moment I contacted DJ Tramp and met Steve Norri I had a wonderful experience evaluating and purchasing a 2015 Subaru WRX from Tucson Subaru. From the moment I contacted DJ Tramp and met Steve Norris, I just knew that I was becoming part of a family and wasn't just another sales goal or number to be counted. My team was patient, understanding, and worked diligently to find me the perfect car at the perfect price. What especially impressed me is that my entire team, including Traci in finance, took the time to get to know my 11 year old son and talk to him about the car just as much as they spoke to myself and my husband. I mean, c'mon, we all know that an 11 year old's opinion about a car is likely not going to hugely influence a buying decision - but I take his opinion very seriously. The fact that the entire team was focused on all of us as a family and not just myself as the primary decision maker really sealed the deal for me. Many other dealerships that I've worked with over the years wouldn't even acknowledge his presence. My son was so impressed, he decided that Steve would now be superhero Subaru Steve :) I love the car, I love the dealership, and I love the additional services such as one of the most comprehensive warranties I've seen in the business. Can't get any Better then This !! I am thrilled with my new Forrester. I love everything about it. I'm constantly smiling when I'm thinking about it.... But to be really honest...I'm the Happiest with the experience....Its what really makes me Smile...and ...I've told everyone ( whether its the person pumping gas,next to me at the station, to a coworker in the parking lot at work to the gal cutting my hair ! ) Buying a car at TUcson Subaru is a great experience.!! People typically laugh, Great. ??..at a car dealership.??.Sure...Right ???? YES>>>>.YES....It was Amazing !! I'm going to apoligize now, cause I'm probably going to ramble, But I'm so Happy,and Excited about my New CAR !! I want to shout it out loud !! I don't know where to start...I worked with Curt ( When I first met Curt,years ago, he was a service writer, so his background is great, he knows Everything about their vehicles, plus I trusted him !! ) Curt let me be me - Ask silly questions, come by several times, to just sit in various cars ( yes, he'd come out to offer me water/apple/granola bar. and to see if I was ok, if I had any more questions ) And naturally I got to test drive...alot of cars....and Always he was his usual pleasant self ! , I had a 2009 Suburu, which I loved, so I really wasn't set on buying a new one, I just wanted to look, and bounce some numbers around. Curt was great...helped me with my "pro and con" list...Either way, I'd be Happy, keep my 09 or get a new one....Super long story....But Great ending...I decided to go ahead a get a 2015 ....and....Curt made it easy....and made me feel...Like a Valuable member of the Family....Yeah...thats how people at this dealership make you feel... Everyone from the lady answering the phone,at the front desk ( thanks to you for always smiling ) to DJ, who is a sales manager now, ( He has been there, for years,so Trusting the sale is easy ) Met ,Tim, in fiance for the first time, he was amazing...I was going to use my USAA car loan, and he actually beat the rate. WOW...Another great part of my car buying experinece. I am thrilled to share my story with everyone, who might be looking for a car, used, new, Subaru or not, ( yeah, they had some other great looking cars on their lot ) Go to Tucson Subaru...Go and Experience the same Wonderful experience.... Sure......new owners, new location, new things....But....Still the Best People.....Sure a Subaru is a Subaru, but take it from someone who has bought my first one in Phoenix.....THE PEOPLE, make this Place THE BEST !! I've owned Subaru's before. So..I'm familar with their product and dependablity. I've had my cars serviced at Tucson Subaru. I Trust them, they are Honest and Caring and Professional. I've seen Dan Ford, go from service writer to manager. He's fabulous. I'd trust him,with my life and I guess by caring for my car. I am trusting him with my Life and that of my family and friends !! I'll be honest, before I bought my car on Saturday, I did stop by a few other dealers ( sure , there are some big name dealers here in town, lots of fancy advertising and hype, so I just had to look ) just to be certain...and...Yeah....No comparision...Salespeople, elsewhere....Hmmmm....How do I say it nicely....Well....Just don't let it scare you....Better Yet....Just go straight to Tucson Subaru....You will be pleasantly suprised !
