I took my wife's 2019 Crosstrek for the AWD service last week. I was accommodated at my appointment time and I was back on the road in a relatively short period of time. The dealership is itself is staffed with great employees in all departments, and salesman Chris Smith is really exceptional. He makes sure every aspect of the buying process is absolutely painless with no hassles whatsoever, and he goes out of his way to help you with any problems or questions. This is the second Subaru Legacy I've bought from Chris, and I can't see enough about what a great job he does. I now think of him more as a friend than salesman. You'll be amazed at how smooth the purchase of a car at Tucson Subaru goes if you give Chris Smith a call and set up an appointment. I've never purchased a Subaru before, but always had my eye on the Crosstrek. I finally decided it was time and went to Tucson Subaru. Alfredo was a friendly salesman. I had ordered some accessories and eye on the Crosstrek. I finally decided it was time and went to Tucson Subaru. Alfredo was a friendly salesman. I had ordered some accessories and he notified me the next day that they should be in by the end of the week. Curt, cut through all the financial paperwork at breakneck speed, including all the extras that can be added. The only "hiccup" I had was over an hour wait for the car to be readied after all the paperwork was completed. Curt was surprised as well and offered me some compensation! My appointment to go over the vehicle with any questions went very well with Darla. I did ask some questions she couldn't immediately answer, but Dan in the service center took care of that. A ride home was offered when I had my accessories installed as opposed to waiting in the lounge area. All in all, my purchase went very smooth and I expect my 6 month service to go well with the friendly staff. More

Tucson Subaru had helped me keep it going for years, but it was time to move on. While in the car-buying process, I looked at several non-Subarus. I was almost set on a great little Chrysler minivan (I really liked it and the price was great!), but I realized that if *anything* went wrong with it, I would not be able to turn to Tucson Subaru's service department and Dan Ford. So, it is not a stretch to say that I decided to buy a brand *new* Subaru mostly because of the service I have received at Tucson Subaru. More

I had another excellent service experience a week ago at Tucson Subaru with service advisor Dan Ford. I took my 100k mile Forester in for a coolant and serpentine belt change.
