Ed kept us informed and up-to-date throughout the entire three years as we navigated the pandemic, supply chain issues, factory delays due to a tornado, production and final delivery. When we took delivery, he introduced us to Paul Baumgartner, the Corvette mechanic, who went over the unique engine break-in procedure for this very special vehicle. Then James Dunn went over all the paperwork with us and by the time we were finished, we no longer felt like customers – we felt like family. Even the General Manager, Dan Hoylan, took a personal interest to be sure everything went smoothly. What a comfort when completing such a special purchase.
