The dealership was great CJ, the sales person was great but Carlyle in service was HORRIBLE to deal with...I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero and leave a review. I suggest if you need service deal but Carlyle in service was HORRIBLE to deal with...I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero and leave a review. I left at least 10 messages with no response until I personally went into dealership and talked to General Manager, who was also great. When I was given a loaner vehicle you would think it was hers personally with the hate. I showed up for a scheduled appointment and sent away because Carlyle would not let me have a loaner. I purchased a Brand New, 68K vehicle that had electrical problems and Carlyle was more inconvenienced then me. The General Manager who was fabulous to work with, took a Brand New car off the dealer lot and gave it to me to drive while my car was serviced...Carlyle was extremely upset that I went over her head to the GM More
