I have only one complaint, the last two times I have had the truck worked on, there have been greasy finger prints. The first time they were on the headliner, and the second, they were on the hood and door. the truck worked on, there have been greasy finger prints. I took my Highlander in for its first service and everything was great. The weight was minimal. I called ahead and got a schedule and got in and out on time.
