I have only one complaint, the last two times I have had the truck worked on, there have been greasy finger prints. A simple appointment for recalls and programming a new key fob turned into three appointments. Wasting my time and theirs. I took my Highlander in for its first service and everything was great. The weight was minimal. I called ahead and got a schedule and got in and out on time.
