came in for the end of my lease and get a new one, and I was treated as if it was my first time, Tomi tried to use the financial sales tactic as if I was naïve telling me that the deal is for the 4 cylinder was treated as if it was my first time, Tomi tried to use the financial sales tactic as if I was naïve telling me that the deal is for the 4 cylinder Tacoma and that I was trying to get out of my lease early. My lease was done, the offer was for the 4 door SR5 V6. He was trying to use a different financial institution than the Toyota financial that he can make his money . Be ware, when they tell you you can't get the deal is because they are not using the financial institution that is offering the deal. the higher interest loan the more money for them. By the way they will be using the credit game as well, and it was was no factor. was just greed for him. 11/30/2020 a quick update, if there is an option to give 0 star, I would. I got in contact with the general manager who he in return said that they are not obligated to offer the Toyota national offer. So please for all Toyota car shoppers, if they have the vehicle you want, make sure you ask first if they offer what the regional/ national Toyota add offers. make sure you come in with your approved loan. Don't fall for their tricks, they will use the highest interest banks first and they will tell you a tale stories that there are no lower rates. trust me come in with your approved loan if they have the car you want. 2 other Toyota dealers offered me the national ad as is, and I got my truck as advertised, but Herb Chamber tried to push it at me for double the monthly payment. Have your question ready before you go in, have your loan ready before you go in, try other dealers first. More
