I needed mechanical work done on my van, I purchased it at a different dealership with their warranty. The warranty company was having a hard time giving Honda approval to fix the van. Colby spent a lot o at a different dealership with their warranty. The warranty company was having a hard time giving Honda approval to fix the van. Colby spent a lot of time going back and forth making calls to get approval. Thankfully his hard work paid off and I got my van running properly up. Colby did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop, he provided great answers to my questions, and took care of any extra requests I gave him. I am very happy with the service I received. More
