He went above and beyond to find the Russ was awesome from the first time that I visited with him as we went over what Honda that I was in search for. He went above and beyond to find the specific vehicle that I wanted and made sure that everything was right for me. I always felt comfortable and never felt pressured during the experience. Justin in finance was also awesome. He made sure that I understood everything as we went through the process and I never felt rushed as he would explain any questions that I had. Dave in service was awesome for working in my car for an added accessory. As was Lizabeth for putting me in a loaner until my car was finished. I’m now with my third Honda and the service department Is always awesome when I need to get my car serviced. I highly recommend Honda of Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase and service needs. He took time to understand our needs and provided excellent suggestions. He not only gave his suggested models but he told us why he thought a particular model was worth considering. He was ver patience and understanding, we never felt pressured or rushed. Regardless of the day or time of day we had a question, he responded promptly. The delivery went extremely well. He took his time and explained everything about the car especially the technology. Even after the delivery, we had questions and he was always there to help. The other reason we came back to Lincoln Honda was the service department. I think they are the best of the best!!
